Refund policy

30-Day Returns
We want you to feel comfortable trying Marty Mart products. You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Items should be returned in reasonably resalable condition and should not be damaged through misuse or excessive wear.

If you decide the product is not right for you, you may return it within the 30-day window. There is no restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the issue. We will work with you on a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
